Will I be able to track my Smitten?
Once your order is processed and it leaves the warehouse, you will hear from a pip & grow team member via email with your tracking number. You will be able to track it at FedEx.com.
Can you ship a Smitten to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
How soon will my Smitten arrive?
Your order will usually be processed by our fulfillment center the day you make your purchase, and then ship out the next business day. As such, we recommend you place your order 5-7 days before you need it to arrive.
We are a small business working collaboratively with other small businesses, and from beginning to end, we’ve worked hard to build a company ecosystem that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of our entire team. We believe that includes giving our partner businesses weekends off. Therefore, orders placed after close of business on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. My Smitten seems lost—what do I do?
While we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible, from start to finish, we unfortunately have little recourse once the package leaves our warehouse and is in FedEx’s hands.
After checking the status of your order with your tracking information, if your package seems to be missing, you can file a claim with FedEx for the loss here.
Will I have to put my Smitten together?
Can I return my Smitten?
pip & grow is committed to the total satisfaction of our customers. If within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original, unused condition for a 50% refund, which allows our small business recoup shipping and restocking fees. For returns made outside of the thirty (30) day window from date of delivery, refunds will be offered to the customer in the form of shop credit. Gift certificates and donations made as part of your purchase are not refundable. pip & grow will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising from the shipping process for returns.

What about refunds?
If you initiated a return within thirty (30) days from date of delivery, once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return was initiated outside the 30-day window, once your return is received, a custom shop credit code will be created for future use toward any product or course offerings.
My Smitten arrived damaged—can you help?
If damage occurs to your Smitten in transit (usually you can tell as the shipping box also shows signs of damage), you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier responsible, FedEx.
